It's a serious conversation to be had for all those who buy and consume food (Everybody), our family got serious about whole foods during lockdown and there's no turning back as far as we're concerned. Farm markets are everywhere and you can always buy direct from farmers online. People who haven't converted yet or fully argue that the price is a deterrent and before the cost of living may have been true with larger differences between the two. However now with the cost of living in full swing it's obviously not true anymore, in our case our family and I have always found great farm suppliers.
On a personal note our family prefer whole foods and so much so as we have an investment interest in a wonderful start up company called The Ethical Butcher we haven't tried their delights yet as for a long time they were offline going by their reviews on Trust Pilot a lone they are great quality for money. If you haven't yet converted why not be daring buy yourselves an affordable cut, try it and see you'll never know you may end up an orthodox farm to plate luvvie like our family.
With Easter upon us why not treat yourself to a cut of Lamb from Farmison and co.
We have personally tried Farmison and co and they are well worth the money they will not break the bank.
Here are some Spring recipes for roast lamb.
Let us know how it goes if you dare to buy it for the first time or again.
